Brief about Aurad Town Panchayat 

ಆಂಧ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಗಡಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಔರಾದ ತಾಲೂಕು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಉತ್ತರದ ತುತ್ತ ತುದಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಏಕೈಕ ಒಂಟೆ ಜಾತ್ರೆ ನಡೆಯುವ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ವೈಭವ ಪಡೆದ ಹೆಗ್ಗಳಿಕೆಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ನಯನ ಮನೋಹರವಾದ ಗುಡ್ಡ-ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳು, ಕಣಿವೆ - ಕೊಳಗಳು ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಭೌಗೋಳಿಕ ಆಕರ್ಷಣೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ನವಿಲು ಧಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದಷ್ಟು ಭೂಮಿಯಿದೆ. ಚಾಲುಕ್ಯರ ಕಾಲದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಔರಾದ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಜೈನ ದೇವಾಲಯ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯುವ ತಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಡೋಣಗಾಂವ (ಎಮ್) ಮಾಳಪ್ಪಯ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾನ ನೂರಾರು ಎಕರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆದು ನಿಂತಿರುವ ಹೇರಳ ಔಷಧಿಯ ಸಸ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ವನ ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಮತ್ತಿತರೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿ ತಾಣಗಳು ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಾಗಿವೆ.

• Aurad is a Panchayat Town in Bidar district in the state of KarnatakaAurad has a famous Amareshwar Temple located in the heart of town. The Temple was built in 10th Century

• As there was no serious survey on the history of Aurad but the experts and historians who visited Aurad had undoubtedly clarified on the basis of the fragments, that the earlier Avarawadi is today's Aurad

• The VIKRAMADITYA-VI was the famous king of Kalyani Chalukya. He was an award of 'Tribhuvanmalladeva'. Over and above 50 inscriptions were found in Bidar District which were of his time. The inscriptions found in and around Aurad were also belongs to the dynesty of Vikramaditya-VI. His son Someshwar-III ruled out Aurad. In 1130 the Aurad area was under the control of Ereyamarasa who was the Mandal Chief of Someshwar-III

• As of 2001 India Census Aurad had a population of 16,189. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%.

• Aurad has an average literacy rate of 56%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with 60% of the males and 40% of females literate. 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.

• Kannada, Marathi and Dakhni Urdu is widely spoken language in Aurad.

ಗಣಕೀಕರಣ : ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪಂಚಾಯತ ಔರಾದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಆಸ್ತಿ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಣಕೀಕೃತಗೊಳಿಸುವದು ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದು ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ನಾಗರೀಕರು ಇದರ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ 1995 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಿಂದ ಈವರೆಗೆ ಜನನ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗಣಕೀಕೃತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ನಾಗರೀಕರು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಜನನ-ಮರಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗಧಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.  ನಾಗರಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೂರುಗಳು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಅಥವಾ ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 08485-280516/280356 ಮೂಲಕ ನೂಂದಣೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
